Checkout: Pay by Check
The objective of this project was to develop an online payment method for customers who do not own a credit card.

My role: Design, production and specification documents
I designed pages which fit into the existing check-out system. Basing my designs on user research, I developed this solution in less than a week. Within the first weeks of launch, 86% of online orders were from new Walmart.com customers who did not have a credit card in their account. Additionally, there were no calls to customer service.
